What do you eat for breakfast in the morning?

Breakfast is the first and most important meal of the day.

In the morning I like to eat eggs, bacon and toast for breakfast.

Some people like to have sweet bread with coffee or tea.

Sometimes children like to have cereal with milk poured over it.

In the afternoon it’s time to have lunch.

For lunch I like to have ham sandwiches with a cup of soup.

Sometimes I will have a hamburger, french fries and a soft drink.

My friend likes to eat noodles with beef and vegetables.

It’s good to eat a piece of fruit with your lunch too.

You can have an apple, orange or banana with your lunch.

I like to take a short nap after eating my lunch.

Later in the afternoon I start to get hungry again.

It’s too soon for dinner so I have a small snack.

 

A snack can be anything as long as it’s not too big.

Some snacks you can eat are cookies, fruit, pastries and potato chips.

There are many kinds of snacks, but don’t eat too much.

The last meal of the day is dinner.

Dinner is usually the larger meal of the day.

For dinner I like beef steak, mashed potatoes, salad and corn.

My friend’s family will have pork chops, rice, fried vegetables, and soup.

Some other families like to eat fried chicken, peas, carrots, and baked potatoes.

At the end of dinner sometimes we have a dessert of ice cream or cake.

Dinner is a nice time to sit with your family and enjoy talking to each other.

If you have three meals every day you probably will stay strong and healthy.
